Two curved waterfront towers in Vice City, with a third under construction behind them.
The Pagasi residences are a pair of curved waterfront towers that have been sitting in the background of Vice City shots for a long time. The Vice City 10 screenshot is the first clean look at them.
The rooftop terrace appeared briefly at the end of the Extended Look, and a third tower appears to be going up behind the existing pair. Whether any of it is enterable, let alone ownable, is unconfirmed.
