Take-Two reports on 9 November, ten days before GTA 6. What to listen for
It's the last scheduled earnings call before launch. Don't expect a sales number. Do expect the date to be restated, and listen for what's said about PC and online.

Take-Two Interactive will report results for the quarter to 30 September on Monday 9 November 2026, after the US market closes, with a conference call at 4:30pm Eastern. That's ten days before Grand Theft Auto 6 unlocks, and it's the last scheduled moment for the company that owns Rockstar to say anything on the record before launch.
There's a live webcast on Take-Two's investor site, and a replay afterwards.
Don't expect a sales number
The quarter ended on 30 September, before any copies of GTA 6 had been sold, and Take-Two rarely announces pre-order totals. The estimates going round, about 6 million digital pre-orders, come from an analytics firm. They aren't the company's figures.
Four things to listen for
- The date, again. Chief executive Strauss Zelnick has restated 19 November at every opportunity since the last delay. Ten days out, anything other than a flat restatement would be the story of the year.
- Full-year guidance. Take-Two's forecast for the year to March 2027 is built almost entirely on GTA 6. If it changes, up or down, that's the company's own read of pre-orders.
- PC. There's still no PC version announced. History says it comes a year or more later and is never pre-announced. An analyst will ask, and the way the answer's worded is worth hearing.
- Online. GTA 6 ships without an online mode. At the September shareholder meeting, Zelnick called it a single-player title and said there was no recurring consumer spending expected with regard to this launch. Those last four words are the ones to listen for.
Why players should care about this call
Most earnings calls are noise if you just want to play the game. This one's different because of when it lands. It's the last time anyone at Take-Two speaks on the record before the game's out, and they'll be speaking under the rules that govern what public companies say to investors. So whatever gets said about the date, the PC version or online, it's been said carefully.
We'll cover the call on the night.
Rockstar may or may not add something of its own that week, and it hasn't said. Its last scheduled public beat before launch is preloading on 12 November.
